Garden Route Game lodge
The picturesque Garden Route Game Lodge lies just a 3.5-hour drive from Cape Town against the backdrop of the Langeberg mountain range, along the famous Garden Route. The Game Reserves boasts 3300 hectares of beautifully lush African landscapes packed with indigenous flora and wildlife roaming freely in their natural habitat. The Garden Route Game Lodge is home to the Big 5 as well as a variety of wildlife including giraffe, zebra, bontebok, red hartebeest, impala, springbuck, kudu, and eland. There is also a large bird colony and bird watching can be enjoyed both on safari drives and from the lodge itself.
The safari drives are taken by experienced rangers and game drives take place twice daily in open 4×4 vehicles providing unobstructed photographic opportunities. Accompanied by an expert ranger, your morning safari includes a coffee stop and late afternoon drives are a spectacular display of African sunsets with a sundowner out in the wild. The Garden Route Game Reserve houses a remarkable 4-star lodge with stunning views over the landscapes of the conservation area. The service and hospitality are first-class with delicious African and international cuisine included in the lodge offering.
There are multiple accommodation options spread out over the reserve offering family suites, lodge rooms, and private luxury chalets with private decks and plunge pools.
