    Kambaku Safari Lodge

Located on the western end of the Kruger National Park, Timbavati Private Game Reserve is home to Kambaku Safari Lodge and boasts over 10 000 hectares of natural, unspoiled, Big 5 territory. Kambaku Safari Lodge boasts a beautiful setting around a waterhole making for spectacular game viewing from the main pool, upper deck, or even from the chalets private viewing decks. The intimate lodge of only 8 chalets is powered by solar power, setting the lodge apart as an eco-friendly, conservation-minded haven. At Kambaku Safari Lodge your safari experience encompasses excellent game drives, off-road game viewing, night drives, and guided nature walks. The reserves expert game rangers go all out to track the animals you want to see, ensuring thrilling wildlife encounters. This spectacular destination is one of the only areas in Africa where the majestic White Lion can be found. This alone makes it a very worthwhile and unique setting.

Relax at the River Sands Spa or gym with complimentary transfers between the lodges. Adventurists can set out for guided 3-hour bushwalks, photographic-, and art safaris. The end of each day is a celebration of the adventures experienced with a superb meal next to a cozy fire or under the glistening African skies. This family-friendly location is a dream come true for budding mini-rangers. Children visiting Kambaku Safari Lodge thrive on their exclusive child-friendly game drives, on-site bush walks, and are thrilled at meeting the resident on-site Warthog family. Kids will have an adventure of their own learning about the wild and how to track animals, frogs, and identify birds.
